Akshay Gupta
Founder and Managing Partner
Akshay has nearly 30 years of business experience. He has built Corning(R) Gorilla(R) Glass into a global ingredient brand. His experience ranges across industries from semiconductor to consumer storage. Akshay has built Network Attached Storage business for Iomega and created and executed the Green Laser plan for Corning. He has a wealth of experience in system thinking, asymmetric problem solving, product positioning, strategy, and strategic marketing. Akshay has participated in leveraged buyout opportunities and worked on post-corporate merger integration teams. Akshay also serves on the board of Music Workshop non-profit.

Joe Trippi
Co Founder
Joe Trippi brings a wealth of diverse experience in business, nonprofit, and politics. As the National Campaign Manager for the Howard Dean presidential campaign Joe pioneered bringing political campaigns into the digital age. He also helped lead the Biotech Industry Organization’s push for generic drugs and helped create the Trusted Computing Platform Alliance - a cross-industry alliance that succeeded in setting standards to place Trusted Platform Module (TPM) in every PC in the world. The Royal Society for the Arts named Trippi a Fellow (FRSA) in recognition of his pioneering work to use technology to connect people and community. He has consulted with several leading non-profits and corporations including the Humane Society of the United States, the American Cancer Society, Best Friends Animal Society, Monster.com, Toyota, DaimlerChrysler, SES Americom, Corning, LabCorp, IBM, Lionsgate Films, BestBuy, and the Baltimore Orioles. Trippi began his political career working on Edward M. Kennedy’s presidential campaign in 1980. Since then, he has led efforts on several presidential, gubernatorial, senate, and congressional campaigns. Trippi was named the XPRIZE Bold Innovator for Democracy in 2017.
Trippi has served as an on-air commentator and analyst for MSNBC/NBC, CBS, FOX, and CNN.

Roger Marion
Founder and Legal Counsel
Roger Marion is a complex commercial litigator and contract attorney. His wealth of experience includes hundreds of millions of dollars of contract negotiations, asset purchases, and employment agreements. Roger has represented banks, billionaires, mortgage companies, professional athletes, and companies of all sizes from start-ups to large companies. He has been to trial and won at trial against such opponents as AT&T, the United States Attorney's Office, and many other well-known entities and law firms.

John O'Leary
Partner
John brings decades of experience in government, political campaigns, and the private sector. As a founding partner of Focused Solutions in Pittsburgh, he used his knowledge gained from working with governors to propel county and congressional candidates to better campaigns using people skills and trend data.
His political experience transferred to work in the private sector particularly in the energy field. He worked with corporate real estate clients in de-regulated states to procure energy on the wholesale market with ECM and on the retail market with Strategic Energy. His work also included projects on the demand side of infrastructure projects to maximize efficiency and sustainability.
He has advised clients on the national level on strategic planning, working with local, state, and federal government agencies and communicating measurable outcomes.
He is a graduate of Boston College.
